TOOLS FOR READING COMFORTABLY

          So OK! Before You start to read and explore the wonderful world of Literature and Language has to offer, I would like to equip you first with tools that might help you read comfortably, efficiently, and productively.

FIRST  TOOL: BOOKMARKS

          To mark pages of the books. You can use cardboard or papers to use as bookmarks or just simply dog ear your books. But personally, I don't like plain boring cardboard s nor would I want to ruin the pages of my books with dog ear. So why don't you just make your own and make your bookmark more personalize.

YOU WILL NEED:

@ glossy magazines or colored papers
@ glue
@ scissors
@ ribbons
@ puncher
@ cardboard

DIRECTIONS:
1. First cut the cardboard in to your desired shapes, length and width.
2. Next decorate it with magazine cut outs or colored papers to make a mini collage.
3.Lastly punch a hole at the top of the bookmark and insert the ribbon.
Presto! You have your very own bookmark.


SECOND TOOL: SNACKS

          To make your reading experience more delightful you will be needing healthy and delicious snacks to munch.

Rholet's Homemade Trail Mix

Ingredients:
Salted Nuts
Cereals
Raisins
Other dried fruits of your choice
M & M's

Directions:
          Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Next put it inside a  jar with tight lid or a ziplock bag to keep. Place it inside the refrigerator.  Serve and Enjoy.

Rholet's Original Homemade Nai Cha

Ingredients:

2 tea bags of your choice
milk
sugar or honey
ice

Directions:

1. Steep Tea bags in boiling water.
2. Add sugar and milk as desired
3. Pour over ice  and enjoy.

Simply Icy Tea

Ingredients:

2 tea bags of your choice
Sugar or honey
juice of lemon ( lime, Philippine lime)

Directions:
1. Steep tea bags in boiling water.
2. Add sugar or honey and juice of lemon.
3. Pour over ice.

THIRD TOOL: MARKERS

     Colorful markers, for highlighting important details. You can buy these at bookstores near you.
